Upload documents of up to 31 MB in PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, PPT, PPTX, JPEG, PNG, or TXT

Turn any PDF into a reusable template with fillable fields and signer roles. Send fresh copies to new signers without rebuilding the form each time.

How it works

01
Upload Your Document
Drag and drop your PDF into DocHub, or upload it from your device. Any PDF can become a reusable template.
02
Build Your Template
Open the Fields Manager to add fillable fields — Text, Checkbox, Signature, Dropdown, and more. Assign each field to a Role (like "Client" or "Signer") instead of a specific person. Then go to Menu → Actions → Convert to Template to save it.
03
Send and Reuse
Send the template as a Sign Request by entering any signer's email address. After sending, click "Stay on Template" and it's ready for the next recipient — your layout and fields are saved permanently.
